Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 (Quick Guide/My Picks)

Welcome to one of the best sale shopping days of the year known to most fashionistas as THE NSALE! If you are new to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, then you’re in for a treat. This is where Nordstrom puts hundreds of their fall and winter items at a discounted price and we’re talking great, quality items from activewear to coats to boots, home, beauty, mens, kids, etc and the popular items go fast! Seriously though, don’t let all the hype about the sale crush your intended budget. Here’s a quick guide on how to make this year’s shopping stress-free.

1. Have a budget and write it down ahead of time, stick to it.
2. Shop online. Especially during this pandemic, stay home and stay safe.
3. Shop at the earliest date you are allowed and hopefully avoid the two saddest words ‘Sold Out’. I listed the important dates on when you are eligible to shop.
4. If an item is sold out, keep checking for restocks online daily. I will also update for restocks via this blog or through my Instagram stories. I have been known to actually call the store everyday checking for a restock and Nordstrom is always kind enough to accommodate me and would even call other stores to hold a particular item.
5. The items that go the fastest are boots, cardigans, activewear(hello Nike and Zella), running or workout shoes, tank tops, and leggings.
6. Just remember, these are just stuff….there will always be other sales that could be bigger and better throughout the fall and winter seasons in other stores, so don’t sweat it!
